Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for night shift positions including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Coordinate with San Antonio-based clients to understand overnight staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Oversee candidate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift assignments across Bexar County
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation in our ATS system
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless staffing transitions and continuity
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment processes for night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven night shift management background
- Deep knowledge of San Antonio's industrial, logistics, and healthcare employment landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in after-hours client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staffing software platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success in high-pressure staffing scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training for industrial environments
