Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across Nashville's thriving industries
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and match candidates with specialized skills
- Manage candidate databases and track placement metrics for continuous improvement
- Conduct virtual and on-site interviews during evening/night hours
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and production plants
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations for night shift workers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage professionals during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Knowledge of Nashville's night shift industry landscape (healthcare, logistics, manufacturing)
- Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client visits
