Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate recruitment for night shift positions across Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with candidates during overnight hours
- Coordinate with client employers to fulfill urgent staffing needs in real-time
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data
- Source and screen candidates for specialized night shift roles (warehouse, healthcare, etc.)
- Handle payroll processing and compliance documentation for temporary staff
- Provide exceptional client support during overnight operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Texas labor laws and staffing industry regulations
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with high-volume recruitment in Dallas market
