Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing assignments for night shifts across 15+ client locations in San Antonio
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch for healthcare, logistics, and industrial roles
- Handle urgent staffing requests within 2-hour response windows
- Conduct onboarding for night shift candidates including background checks and training
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific night shift regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance analytics for client feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift supervisors and department heads
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or healthcare logistics
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for diverse client interactions
