- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight team performance

- Act as primary liaison between night shift teams and daytime management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or scheduling experience in night shift environments
- Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for after-hour operational challenges
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong knowledge of FLSA compliance for night shift labor
- Experience with healthcare staffing regulations preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
