Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ enterprise clients
- Screen, interview, and deploy candidates for night shift positions
- Manage client communications and urgent staffing requests
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for night staff
- Optimize scheduling algorithms for 24/7 coverage
- Maintain ATS database with real-time candidate updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or night shift operations
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional problem-solving during high-pressure scenarios
- Valid California staffing license or willingness to obtain
- Advanced knowledge of Bay Area labor regulations
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong negotiation skills for contract placements
