Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service
- Conduct phone/video interviews during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate databases and update staffing platforms in real-time
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and shift-specific needs
- Process onboarding paperwork and conduct background checks for overnight placements
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for night shift employment
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates during their initial assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Proven experience working night shifts or overnight schedules
- Strong verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of California labor laws and industry-specific regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
