Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and security
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for overnight placements
- Build and maintain relationships with Portland-area employers requiring night staff
- Manage candidate databases and staffing schedules using proprietary software
- Conduct night shift workplace compliance checks and safety assessments
- Provide 24/7 support for urgent staffing needs during overnight hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
