Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across healthcare, logistics, and corporate sectors
- Screen, interview, and deploy qualified candidates for night shift positions
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments to address client needs and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize deployment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight client contacts
- Train and onboard new temporary employees for night operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Valid New York State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (9 PM - 5 AM)
