Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Process emergency staffing requests within 2-hour response windows
- Conduct virtual interviews and onboarding for night-shift candidates
- Manage timekeeping and payroll compliance for night-shift employees
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight client contacts
- Implement quality assurance protocols for night-shift performance
- Collaborate with day-team staff for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing agency or HR coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Denver's night-shift labor market
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficient in ATS systems and scheduling software
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional client visits
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
