Responsibilities
- Oversee real-time staffing assignments for overnight shifts across multiple client sites
- Process candidate intake, screening, and onboarding during evening hours
- Coordinate emergency staffing requests with 15-minute response times
- Maintain accurate workforce scheduling and time-tracking systems
- Conduct shift change briefings with on-site supervisors
- Resolve staffing conflicts and performance issues overnight
- Generate daily workforce analytics reports for client teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience in industrial settings
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
