Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch overnight staff across multiple client sites in real-time
- Monitor workforce attendance and performance using advanced scheduling software
- Act as primary point of contact for urgent staffing needs during night shifts
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve client escalations immediately
- Optimize staffing allocations based on demand patterns and client feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift logs and incident reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or workforce management
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure night shift operations
