Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles during night shifts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates via phone and video.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand urgent staffing needs and time-sensitive requirements.
- Conduct outbound outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards during evening hours.
- Onboard and manage temporary workforce assignments, ensuring a smooth handover during shift changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports on hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency with modern recruiting software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with the proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
