Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into night shift operations.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking to clients to optimize their hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment or with 24/7 operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Oregon.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
