Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various industrial and administrative positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and background checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier talent.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate availability and soft skills.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure 24/7 staffing coverage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work night shifts (varies between 10 PM and 6 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
