Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards) to identify and engage passive candidates for diverse industries.
- Talent Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with hiring managers to understand open requisitions and provide market insights.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics and manage calendars seamlessly to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer stage and negotiate terms to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (agency experience preferred).
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Tools: Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Location: Must reside within the Dallas, TX metropolitan area.
