Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage a high volume of job orders across various industries (Logistics, Healthcare, IT).
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send offer letters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and EEO guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly hiring goals.
- Must be available to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
