Responsibilities
- Recruit and qualify candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and security
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight employers to understand staffing needs
- Source passive candidates through specialized job boards, social media, and industry networks
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during evening and overnight hours
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for night shift placements
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record placing candidates in overnight roles (healthcare/logistics preferred)
- Strong understanding of Ohio labor laws and night shift workplace regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with availability for evening/overnight scheduling
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
