Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight shifts at major Las Vegas resorts and healthcare facilities
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate documentation
- Build relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs for night operations
- Onboard new hires for overnight positions including background checks and compliance verification
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless candidate handoff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience with healthcare/hospitality staffing preferred
- Strong attention to detail with compliance-focused mindset
