Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for high-volume night shift roles in warehousing and logistics.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates within the Sacramento area.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and overseeing the full placement process.
- Negotiating salary and contract terms to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Managing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Complying with all employment laws and company HR policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the Sacramento job market, specifically within logistics and manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly production targets.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Flexibility to work the assigned night shift schedule.
