Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for night shift roles.
- Manage Shift Schedules: Coordinate with local businesses to ensure 24/7 staffing coverage and manage on-call schedules effectively.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with client managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
- Database Management: Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and availability.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the night shift routine.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with recruitment software or CRM systems.
- Location: Must reside in or near Memphis, TN.
