As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will play a critical role in connecting top-tier talent with Fortune 500 companies, all while managing the workflow during the late hours when candidate activity is high.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via phone and video during the night shift hours.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various industries including Healthcare, Logistics, and Finance.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates.
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or office setting during night hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and social media sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
