Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for full-time, contract, and temporary positions across various industries.
- Conducting phone screens and interviews during evening hours to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using social media and job boards.
- Collaborating with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and follow-ups.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote or night-shift setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site visits).
- Able to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
