Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using internal CRM software.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
