Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for autonomous robotics and industrial automation.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency inference in real-time, edge computing environments.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
- Define technical roadmaps, best practices, and architectural standards for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust system designs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying complex ML systems into production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
