Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Solutions: Design and prototype hybrid systems that leverage quantum computing for accelerated machine learning tasks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 market demands and regulatory standards.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers focused on next-gen algorithms and neuromorphic hardware integration.
- System Scalability: Engineer robust frameworks that scale efficiently from prototype to mass production environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and managing large-scale R&D projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and pioneer new technologies in a rapidly evolving landscape.
