Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and align technology with business objectives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
