Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration that aligns with our 2026 business objectives and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and autonomous agents.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, secure, and scalable AI systems that handle high-volume data processing.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards for the deployment of autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global technology trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks for the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, NLP, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically about long-term technological impacts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
