Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Systems: Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures specifically tailored for long-term predictive accuracy.
- Data Strategy: Lead the development of data strategies that ensure clean, robust, and accessible datasets for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models and predictive algorithms to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Innovation Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching emerging technologies like Quantum Computing interfaces and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapid changes in technology and market demands.
