Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML architectures designed for 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers in cutting-edge research and production implementation.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, model governance, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-volume environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and system performance tuning.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing or Quantum AI integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
