We are looking for a builder, not just a coder. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our core AI engines and guiding the technical vision for our upcoming product lines.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focused on Neuro-Symbolic AI and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, UX) to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in automated decision-making systems.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural vision to stakeholders and investors.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale in high-stakes environments.
- Experience with 5G/6G infrastructure and edge computing technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Diffusion Models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
