Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment pipelines
- Advocate for ethical AI design principles with engineering leadership
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Author public-facing transparency reports on AI system impacts
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Published work on algorithmic accountability or digital rights
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, or equivalent)
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
