Responsibilities
- Define and drive the 2026 technical vision and architectural strategy for core AI platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model safety.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and data scientists on the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems.
