Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Lead the migration strategy towards quantum-ready infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the 2026 technology stack, including edge computing and decentralized networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure reliability and security at scale.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software development and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
