The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting the core infrastructure that powers our next-generation AI models. This role requires a deep understanding of both classical machine learning pipelines and quantum circuit optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid AI-quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing scalable cloud infrastructure for high-performance computing.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model latency and accuracy.
- Ensure data security and compliance in all quantum integration projects.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in quantum computing hardware.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards for the future tech stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
