Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Agent Architect to define the infrastructure for the autonomous systems of 2026. At Apex Horizon Dynamics, we are building the next generation of enterprise intelligence using multi-agent workflows and agentic AI.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering. You will architect systems where AI agents autonomously collaborate, reason, and execute complex tasks with minimal human intervention. If you are passionate about the future of AI and want to lead a team building the intelligent engines of tomorrow, we want to meet you.
Why Join Us?

- Competitive equity package and benefits.
- Flexible remote-first culture based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Develop autonomous reasoning pipelines that enable AI agents to plan, execute, and self-correct.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for large language models (LLMs).
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and memory retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into agentic AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or NLP.
