Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktop workstations and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and incident reports.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Must be available to start immediately upon offer acceptance.
