Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user access, permissions, and Active Directory accounts.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex network connectivity issues and system outages.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and hardware inventory.
- Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly IT maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 40 lbs) as needed.
- Current CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
