Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in Indianapolis metro area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and sourcing tools to maximize candidate pipelines
- Meet and exceed quarterly recruitment KPIs and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands
Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client meetings
