Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in finance, tech, and healthcare
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage client relationships through weekly updates and strategic consultative partnerships
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Drive business development through networking and market trend analysis
- Mentor junior recruiters to elevate team performance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, placement volume)
- Expert knowledge of NYC job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers effectively
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid NYC staffing license (preferred)
