Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across San Jose's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement of contract-to-hire positions
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and leverage data analytics to improve hiring metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and talent trends
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through personalized career counseling
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in San Jose's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of CA labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
