Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track key metrics: fill rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Develop creative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
