Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, placement
- Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools
- Participate in on-site client meetings and job fairs
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Sacramento market
- Proven track record of hitting sales/recruitment targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification (PHR/SPHR preferred)
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
