Responsibilities
- Urgently screen and interview candidates for immediate staffing placements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-priority client requests
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across San Diego industries
- Coordinate onboarding for contract/temporary placements within 48 hours
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive San Diego roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience in San Diego market
- Proven ability to fill urgent roles within 24-72 hours
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Strong network of active job seekers in San Diego County
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume client requests simultaneously
