Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, social media outreach, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including IT professionals, clinical staff, and financial analysts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and candidate updates
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates, schedule interviews, and generate performance reports
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and cultural alignment assessments
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in candidate placement metrics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's job market and industry talent landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to detail and urgency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
