Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Drive recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
