Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Design a comprehensive vision for our technology infrastructure, focusing on AI integration, cloud scalability, and quantum-readiness.
- Lead Architecture & Engineering: Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade systems, ensuring they meet 2026 security and performance standards.
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Direct the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their viability for our product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and AI ethics frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and setting long-term technical roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive high-performance results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
