- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact on business outcomes
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
