Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- System Design: Design and implement microservices and distributed systems using cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for the engineering team.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Security Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA) and data protection regulations.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP with experience designing complex multi-region architectures.
- Containerization: Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- AI/ML Infrastructure: Experience integrating AI/ML workloads into production environments and managing GPU clusters.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
