Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in sustainable tech and neuro-digital interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government innovation labs
- Drive patent development for next-gen encryption and distributed quantum networks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation fellows through our 2026 Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technology with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment (>$100M impact)
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA grants for forward-looking research initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two emerging technologies
